THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our Newcastle presence. You will drive business development, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and help entrench Optima as a leading force in the local market.

If you’ve worked in construction recruitment with solid experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sectors or White Collar Perm placement across the construction sector, we want to hear from you!

YOU'LL LEVERAGE YOUR EXPERTISE TO:

• Expand Optima’s client base by identifying and securing new business.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships.
